About the Department

Responding to the popular demand for management education the college has started the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) programme from the academic year 2005-2006 in the Department of Business Administration. To develop the curriculum for practicing academic activities, the department has heavily drawn from the rich experience of industries, academic research institutions related to business and management studies through regular consultations. The department enhances the students with excellence in leadership and service in a global society through academic and co-curricular programme

The department envisages providing value based business administration and management education for global excellence. It plans to do Memorandum of Understanding with industries for providing industrial trainings on Small Scale Business. Further, the department takes initiates to develop managerial and entrepreneurial skills of the students through a pragmatic approach to modern business with a sound knowledge of business and management concepts.
